Ages 18 yrs & up

Participants will learn the art of hooking a small pillow center on primitive linen, using a rug hook and hand dyed wool cut into strips. Rug hooking dates back to the early 1800’s and opens the creative door for making pillows, rugs, table runners and hanging tapestries. Please bring a small pair of scissors. The Bay School will provide the frames to be used during the class only. The instructor will provide a handout that will guide the students in finding and purchasing future supplies to continue the crafting of the art.
