Della Robbia Christmas Wreath

18 yrs & up

Students Will learn the art of crafting a Williamsburg-style Della Robbia wreath. Provided:  Wreath forms, greens, greening pins, Nandina berries, dried oranges, pinecones, oyster shells, baby’s breath, statice, yarrow and bows.  Students should bring a pair of gloves, handheld pruning shears, and 7-9 pieces of fruit which can include apples, lemons, limes, oranges, pomegranate etc.  Other items such as feathers, cinnamon sticks, and lotus pods can be incorporated if you wish to bring them.   Also, if you have a special evergreen in your yard you want to use to personalize your wreath, bring in a half a dozen clippings to include in your wreath.   And of course, bring your imagination!  Open to all skill levels.
