C4K Community Camp is a partnership of the Mathews Memorial Library, Mathews 4-H, The Bay School, and CA&J Farm, with participation of Mathews Maritime Foundation, Mathews Master Gardners, and the Fairfield Foundation.

Thank you for your interest in C4K Community Camp! We are excited to offer this free camp opportunity for youth this summer.

To complete registration, families must complete both of the following steps:

Step 1: Complete the Camp Interest Form

Step 2: Enroll in 4HOnline
All campers are required to be enrolled in 4-H through 4HOnline in order to attend camp. This enrollment provides required participation and liability coverage. Camp attendance cannot be finalized until 4HOnline enrollment is completed and approved.

4HOnline Instructions:

• Returning Families:
  Log into your existing 4HOnline account and click “Enroll Now” to complete re-enrollment for the current 4-H year. Please do not create a second account.
• New Families:
  Create a family profile and add your youth participant(s).

When completing enrollment, please select:

• Unit: Mathews
• Club: C4K Community Camp
• Project: Personal Development

A few helpful reminders:

• Be sure all required sections are completed before submitting.
• Electronic signatures are required from a parent/guardian.
• After submitting, enrollment will show as “Pending” until reviewed and approved.
• If you already have a 4HOnline account but cannot remember your login information, please contact me before creating a new account.
